This one comes directly from shipping twenty-odd apps. Every single launch requires the
same list of things that are not the app: a landing page because the App Store wants a
marketing URL, a privacy policy because review demands one, an app-ads.txt if you ever
touch ads, a support contact, and somewhere to put release notes.
