Constraining the product

The two constraints in the description do all the work.

Mobile-first is not about responsive layout. The target user does not own a laptop and has never opened a site builder on a desktop. If the builder itself can't be operated with a thumb, it doesn't exist for them.

One page removes the decision that kills these projects. Given a multi-page builder, a non-designer builds a half-finished five-page site and never publishes it. Given one page, they finish. The limitation is the feature.
