Baloot, Tarneeb, Tarneeb 400, Trix, Hand, and Syrian 41 — six card games with six genuinely different scoring systems, each implemented as its own engine rather than as options on a shared calculator.

That is the whole argument for the app. Scoring Baloot means handling sun and hokum separately, with projects, doubles and the sweep. Trix means kingdoms and doubling on kings and queens. Hand means round-by-round scoring with penalties and the joker. These do not collapse into one form with a few switches, and every generic "card scorekeeper" that tries produces something nobody at a real table will use.

Built for the table it sits on

The interface is dark, because these games are played at night and a white screen in the middle of a majlis is hostile. The screen never sleeps mid-hand. Undo works at any point, because miscounts happen and the alternative is restarting the round. Scores save themselves, so a closed app is not a lost game. Nothing needs a connection.

None of that is clever. It is just the list of things that go wrong when you replace paper with a phone, handled one at a time.
